Summary: This was my second visit to the Novotel, and I would definitely stay again. The staff, interior, location and food are all great. However, this time I was disturbed just after midnight by a group of men having rowdy arguments and shouting in a room on my floor. One man came out into the corridor and had a loud discussion on his phone. I called the Concierge, who dealt with the situation quickly and sent the security team up to my floor to deal with it. I didn't have a great sleep that night, which was annoying.
